Supper nice staff got my food fast and remembered afterwords that I wanted hot chocolate. They were so nice that they gave me one on the house !

Coffee can be really good but lines can be annoyingly too long. I’ll see a bunch of mall employees on line but some idiot (non employee) will hold up the line to stare at the menu it’s coffee people place your order and move on some of us have to get to WORK…

dunkin donuts in the Burlington Mall…“Hot chocolate” is just boiling water with a dash of chocolate — tasteless and worthless. Donuts are fine. Staff is reluctant to give senior citizen discounts.

There is a dunkin donuts in the Burlington Mall… Barely.
The service is SOOOO bad (but there is NO competition so why should they make it better?)
You can call me crazy, but I think at a coffee place you should be able to get decent coffee!!!
