The receptionist was not very nice. Then, staff could not get my prescription right and showed frustration towards me. Recently needed a new pair of glasses so I scheduled an appointment with Advanced Vision — glasses were perfect the first time and staff is very friendly.

The women at the front desk were friendly, professional, and chatty. Everything went smoothly and very efficiently. My doctor was wonderful, and very thorough. My eyesight is a little unique and she took the time to answer my questions as well as ask a lot of questions herself so that she could understand my needs. The frames as expected are a bit pricey, but I prefer getting my main pair directly from the eye doc. The frames are definitely high quality. They look great and come with a two year warranty(as well as the lenses). They asked about«upgrades» but did not pressure(I did choose to get the anti-glare coating). They handed me my RX without my having to ask for it. They were also fine with my need to come back at a later date to pay for the frames I picked out(they did not seem put out by that at all, and I was worried about that). I LOVED the frames I picked out. I will be glad to return in two years. I will be ordering my frames early next week and will update once I pick them up and get them fitted.

Love most of the staff… except for the most unfriendly front desk I’ve ever encountered, ever. I’ve been going here for years but am seriously considering another doctor, just because I almost always leave the office never wanting to return. The importance of friendly and welcoming front desk employees becomes more apparent to me with each visit. The rest of the staff truly are always wonderful, however. Very, very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctors are fast but are also thorough. They are patient with children and are just as patient with many questions. I never feel rushed. Most importantly, my children enjoy their eye doctor annual visits. I just hope the not-so-nice ladies in the front will learn that in many ways, they are the first and last impression of a business and take that responsibility seriously. Sometimes a smile, kindness, and simple etiquette can go a long way!

I’ve been coming here for 4+ years and the best experience so far. I’ve had issues with the reception folks before but today people were friendly and quick to see me. Glad to see things getting seemingly more customer friendly! Directors were quick, informative, and personable.

Super not pleased with the service here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I waited to see the eye doctor for about 20 mins then saw her for a total of maybe 5 minutes. It was literally in and out and seemed like a waste of my copay. I also didn’t feel like a person or very cared for.

I walked in without an appointment hoping to get a new pair of sunglasses with a prescription written elsewhere on an insurance plan I had never used before. It felt like a shot in the dark, but I was extremely pleased with how friendly everyone was in helping me. They found my insurance easily, had no problem using a prescription from another doctor’s office, and really went the extra mile in helping me find a nice frame. The only issue I have with them is that their frame selection is extremely limited. If they expanded the selection, it would definitely be a 5-star spot.
