These folks were awesome! I bought some artwork at Pikes Market and needed to ship it all way to Virginia. They were super helpful and boxed it all up and they had a good sense of humor!
There was now high maintenance «Sighing» that you get a some businesses. They immediately got to work and packaged up the artwork in a «Huge» box. Granted it was expensive but it was definitely worth it and a very smooth process! Walking in to the store I thought it was going to be very painful but it was a great experience!

Today was the second time I have been to this location. The first time was about 2 years ago. Both times the service was outstanding. The employees and the manager are very helpful and friendly.

Horrible franchise of FedEx.
I ordered a package from
with 1-​day shipping. The package should have arrived today, 9÷10÷2011. I waited at home all day to receive it (even though it didn’t require any kind of signature), and it never arrived.
Then, of course, the FedEx site indicates that they ‘attempted delivery’, even though I have no door tag on my door.
And FedEx takes Mondays off. So, now, my 1-​day shipping will turn into 4-​day shipping at the best. Amazing! I wish
would just stick with UPS.
Note: Always check Unilocal’s ‘Filtered Reviews.’ One of the businesses I reviewed has a 1-​star rating with only 1 review, but there are 5 ‘filtered’ (hidden) reviews averaging 4.8 stars!

Bellingham, WA
Sent a package from Cupertino, CA to Bellingham, WA on 12÷15÷08. It is now 12÷30÷08 and the package has still not arrived. The tracking information on the FedEx site alleges that the package arrived at the Burlington depot on 12/18/08…and has been sitting there ever since. So if you want slow service and lousy information, use FedEx. By the way, I also sent a package via UPS on 12÷18÷08 to the same address in Bellingham, WA and it arrived four days later.
