Thanks for taking my clothes hostage Greers, the day before a job interview. I dropped my clothing off early one morning for a rush dry cleaning job. I spoke at length with the woman at the counter about how I had a job interview and so I absolutely needed my suit back by the following day. I told her that if there was any chance it wouldn’t be done, I wouldn’t drop it off because I really needed that suit to wear to my interview. I was assured that it would be no problem at all and to come back the following day after 4PM. When I showed up the following day, the store was closed. No one was answering the phones at any of the locations and there was no way for me to get in touch with anyone. I waited almost an hour, hoping for a miracle, but none came. It’s a pity that there’s so little competition around here, otherwise this type of customer service would not fly.
