For a place that is suppose to sell good quality cars that is a joke. I realize I bought a used car as is. But when you have not even had it for 30 days and the engine blows and paid 4000 dollars cash that is not a good quality car. I do not know about anyone else but 4000 dollars for a car that last less than a month. If they could have gave me a little to help with a new engine anything would have helped. I bought this car for my daughter Erica Fowler. Which also was money from her dads life insurance. I just wanted a dependable car for my daughter period. SONOSTARS!!! And would not recommend them to nobody. If that is a good quality car then by all means go get one from them. An engine will cost 3000 to 4000 dollars so now my daughter has no car. 6 months later and my daughter still has no car. $ 3000 dollars to fix. I am so glad I ask Jason if he would buy this for his son for a dependable car. I would NEVER buy from him again and making sure everyone knows!!! Quality Cars??? Yeah right. I hate I ever went to this place. Please do not buy a car from him!!!

Just purchased a ’13 Accord from Jason Auto sales and I couldn’t be happier with the car and dealing with Jason. Easy to deal with and they made it easy to decide to do business with them. I’ll look here again for my next car!

I purchased a Honda Fit from Jason Ross on 6÷1÷15. Soon after purchasing it, I discovered it had serious transmission issues, and Mr. Ross has been unwilling to either a) allow me to return the car or b) cover any cost of repairs(est. $ 2,500−3,000). At the time of purchase I asked Mr. Ross if anything was wrong with the car, and he assured me that it was perfectly fine(«all that and a bag of chips» was the particular expression used by this good ol’ boy of a dealer). I took the car Renaissance Auto in Cary(my mechanic) to have the transmission fluid changed a few days after buying it, since I noticed it was very dirty when I bought the car. Mr. Ross misled me at the time of sale, claiming that the car, which had 73,756 miles at the time of purchase, did not need the transmission fluid changed until 120,000 miles or any other work.(The Honda service manual recommends a transmission fluid change at 60,000 miles, though Mr. Ross thinks that is «just a suggestion.») I believe Mr. Ross did this because he knew the car had a transmission problem and did not want me to find it; the previous owner sold the car in PA after s/he learned the transmission was bad, according to Honda, who filled me in. My mechanic at Renaissance Auto inspected the vehicle and diagnosed a transmission problem, most likely a bad bearing and/or pump. He referred me to a transmission specialist in Raleigh, Don Griffin’s Transmission, with a superb community reputation. On June 15 I took my car to Griffin’s, where they confirmed the diagnosis from Renaissance Auto. They recommended either a) overhauling the transmission or b) installing a remanufactured transmission. Either option would cost well over $ 2,000; I have confirmed this estimate with other mechanics in Carrboro and Durham, NC. Mr. Ross has, since I told him what happened, refused to assist with the cost of repairs, will not work with me to find an amicable solution, and has threatened to sue me for slander and libel for explaining my situation to other members of the public. STAYAWAY!!!

Sad to let someone spend 4,000 on a car that the motor blows in less than a month. What a shame not to help. Especially when it was purchased using insurance money from a widow for her daughter. This was the last of this money. She is devastated. Word of mouth means a lot in a small town like ours. You should feel ashamed!
