Kincius Constance A MD

Dr. Kincius is a fine doctor who knows what she’s talking about and she takes excellent care of her patients both physically and emotionally. Unfortunately she has retired. It shows in the way that the office handles the patients. It’s a real shame that they couldn’t keep up even common courtesy when one calls to schedule or reschedule appointments. That never happened at Westside OB-​GYN when she was there. Their front office needs to straighten up so that the patients can get to the fine doctors rather than be frustrated enough to go elsewhere. Diane can’t take care of all the phone calls but it would be nice if she could. Teresa seems to wish she was somewhere else, doing something else or may her nap was interrupted today when she had to check an appointment. The Woohoo rating here is for the physicians not the front office.
