Kmart

I am not a huge Kmart shopper. I usually go for the amazing sales near Christmas. This is one of the two closest stores to me since my local one closed last year. This store isn’t laid out that well, checking out takes forever, and they never really have much more than what I’m looking for (if they have that at all). I truly only shop here if I need something in particular that only they have.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My wife and I recently had a baby shower and had a few double bought items to return from several different stores all without recipes. We did not have a single issue getting store credit from anywhere until we went to Kmart. We had to contact the relative that got us the baby swing and have her send us a receipt. Even with the receipt they would not accept the item, because it was in her name. So once the relative got the item from us and was nice enough to return the item they still would only give her store credit because she originally ordered it online. Once she gave us the gift card we all went back to Kmart to get some more baby items with our aunt and at check out the card had a «read error» the manager tried entering the card and told us there was no balance in it and we were «out of luck». We went online when we got home and we checked the balance and it showed the full amount. That meant the manager entered the card number in wrong several times. Well Kmart in Burlington, you are out of luck. I hope you go the way of all the other Kmarts in the area and close your doors!!! We are doing our shopping online just so your store doesn’t get credit for the purchases!
