LL Bean

I was just given a «grand tour of all available henleys» by the brilliant sales associate in men’s apparel downstairs. She explained shrinkage, sizing, labels, unconditional satisfaction guarantee. This type of patient personal service makes me feel comfortable buying from the store. Pleasant shopping on a busy Christmas season Saturday. The benches at the mall entrance and WIFI are welcome amenities.

LL Bean is a quality store. Everything about it is excellent. I’ve been shopping LL Bean online for a long time and I am happy to have a store open in Burlington.
The Burlington store is fantastic. I like that one can access it through the mall or from the street. On an aside, hopefully having a entrance off of Cherry Street will liven up the scene around there. As far as the store, it is a good size and they have most of what you would expect. If they don’t have something, they order it for you and have it mailed right to you. I’ve always got my orders from LL Bean within 2 days max. I look forward to doing a good amount of shopping on site now that the LL Bean store is open.
