Friendly staff. My bike a bit old and slightly broken but I should have picked a newer one. They have cheap water bottles you can buy. Rental slightly pricy(25 $ for 1 – 4 hrs) but ok

We rented bikes for ½ day after reading about the Burlington Bike trail. That is a very nice trail and the ride across Lake Champlain is incredible. The service here was fine but the bikes are not in good condition — my seat wouldn’t stay still as the bolt was loose, shifting was difficult, and one could hear the dried dirt/mud on the chains and tires. They were good brands but had not been maintained. If you’re just renting for an hour, you’ll be fine. If you want to do the 21-mile trip to the bike ferry, you will notice the lack of maintenance.

Try to find another place, unless you have all day to wait.

This place is great! Right on the bike path, convenient. Our bikes we rented were great. Loved it! Definitely recommend renting a bike from here and exploring the sights on Lake Champlain, very relaxing. The people at the shop couldn’t be nicer.

Great location, near the water. We were greeted and fitted for a bike right away. The staff gave us a map and we were on our way. The bike path is about 10+ miles long and an easy ride(let me just say my husband and I are retired and haven’t ridden bikes since we were kids). The views are beautiful and most of the ride was shaded. We found a cute place, Auers Family Boat House, to stop for a beverage, food or boat rentals. It is run by a very nice 80 year old young man. Please stop, you will love Charlie and the views are amazing. I highly recomend renting a bike. It is a fun way to see the city.

Looking to bike along the lake when there, came across this place and walked in. Great location. We went with a tandem, which was fun, but harder than it looks. Still, we chose it, and I liked the bike, seemed well maintained, as did all their stuff. Took credit cards and it made it easy, when we stayed past the time time we had set the just added it onto the card at the end. Very helpful people, recommended a route that worked for us(never had to take streets). Highly recommend!

For my first visit to Burlington my friend and I decided to rent bikes and explore the area. When we first went in there were no bikes available but we went back around an hour later and there were plenty of bikes to choose from. They provide you with a helmet as well and you can leave your stuff there if you don’t want to have a purse while biking! We biked down the path surrounded by trees and beautiful lake views. We rented bikes for an hour which is about $ 18. I hadn’t been on a bike in about 15 years so I thought an hour was plenty and I really think that’s enough time to explore Burlington but without your legs/tush getting too sore. I recommend this activity for anyone who likes being outdoors and wants to be in nature but doesn’t necessarily want to spend the entire day in nature. The paths can get a bit crowded with people walking and with other bikers but the further out you go the less problematic that is. Everyone is really nice and willing to move aside for you to pass, etc. This is a really fun activity and I would definitely do it again.

This is a great bike rental place in Burlington and I would say biking the lake path and around the city is the best and most fun way to see Burlington! The staff is very helpful, they have free trail maps and can give you lots of advice. It’s only $ 28 to rent an adult bike for the entire day. In the summer their hours are 10AM– 6PM so if you get the rental for the day you can renturn it the next day! And they have locks and helmets to go with the rental.
