Great experience! Got an early morning appointment quickly. Really friendly staff who was on top of everything. Began with a more thorough exam than I’d ever had before. Just moved to town and looking forward to my next visit.

First, the dentist and his hygienist staff deserve 5 stars. They’ve always been awesome! He’s super gentle. I have a fear of dentists and needles and he is amazing. You’ll never feel the needle.
His office manager and her billing however, is NOT acceptable in any way shape or form! My ex-​husband and I both went there, when we divorced, our accounts were supposed to be split apart. In two years, she has failed to do that and we both get bills for the other. She claims once it’s paid, she’ll separate them. The bill has repeatedly been paid in full, yet, she never separates them out. She has now started to send a bill for a negative amount of money with a letter stating to pay the bill. HOW DO YOU PAY A NEGATIVE BALANCE?!
We have both given up and decided to take our business elsewhere. As much as I love this dentist, I cannot tolerate the poor management of billing by this «manager.» She needs to go back to school on proper accounting.
