My brother and his friends placed orders for the«Big Box Special» and called to ask if we wanted him to pick up an order for my family. I placed a «Big Box» order online. When my brother got to the store, they told him that they had their orders, but didn’t have mine because they«ran out» of the square medium pizzas that come in the«Big Box» special. The female manager said they couldn’t swap out anything to fill the order. He called me to let me know what was going on. As we tried to get the order fixed with the manager, she walked away while he was talking to her. He asked her to speak with me, but she said I’d have to call the store(They never called me to tell me there was a problem with the order). I called the store immediately and a male answered the phone. He was rude also. My brother said that he slammed the phone down and put it on hold when I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was also rude to me on the phone. She would not do anything to make the order right. She said that I would have to place another order and I couldn’t have the«big box» items together. She didn’t offer any good reason why they couldn’t replace the square medium with a round one. She just said that she wouldn’t do it and I’d have to pay full price. My brother and his friends ended up walking out without picking up their orders because the staff there was so rude. The manager didn’t care if I filed a complaint on the store. So, I did and I’m leaving one here too. I’m glad we didn’t end up eating from this PIzza Hut. A friend on Facebook just let me know that this location has gotten«B» sanitation grades. We picked up some pizzas from the Little Ceasar’s across the street instead — they were courteous, fast, cheap and good — everything that this Pizza Hut location is failing at.
