Richard Bailey’s Automotive

I’ve used Richard Bailey’s Automotive twice now and I’ve been beyond impressed each time. I normally perform all the work on my vehicles, but sometimes I either don’t have the tools needed, or I just don’t feel like doing a particular job. These past two times I’ve had Richard work on my cars, and I’m convinced he is the best auto shop in the entire state. I’ve used a few other shops in the past, and they were always hit or miss. They may have done a good job one time, but were very disappointing the next. Each time Richard has blown me away with the level of service provided, and the very reasonable costs for his service. I can’t recommend this shop enough, take your car there, you won’t be disappointed!

Richard is such a nice, honest man. I am so lucky to have had him recommended by a friend.
I made an appointment at 10 am for an oil change and overall check in my car. J was out the door by 1045, with a pretty packed house.
He showed me my dirty air filter and triple checked my tires and all my other concerns.
He only works on Hondas and Acuras. His certifications are all on the walls, last certified in 2012, good enough for me!
My only complaint, it smells like rubber and oil in their small waiting room. I felt like I was suffocating. So I waited outside. I recommend you come back to pick up your car or wait outside (no seating and it was cold)
They use chevron oil (the same type they use at a dealership). I’m definitely coming back to this place while I’m still in NC!
