Several of my friends had recommended Rivco products, but based on my recent customer service experience, I will not be purchasing anything from this company. I came into possession of a bike that had a Rivco horn installed on it. The first day I went out with the bike, the horn cap fell off while riding. When I emailed Rivco to find out how to purchase a replacement part, I was told that I would have to buy the entire horn for $ 79.99. To replace a little metal cap that can’t cost more that 10 cents to make. Apparently, they make good products but don’t offer anything in the way of customer service. I’m just glad I experienced the poor service before I purchased any large ticket items, as I had been planning on.

I ordered an air horn for my Harley based on a recommendation online. I needed it right away for safety on a long trip. I asked for 2 day air shipping and paid a good deal to get it. I got a call within a couple hours from the company that since it was a Friday and UPS doesn’t even move on Saturday that USPS Priority mail would get it to me just as fast and at half the price! They just saved me $ 30.00 on shipping! I wish I could remember the girl’s name… as long as I get it on time, you people have made a customer for life because of her!
