We had our entire basement carpet in with carpet from shroats. we still love the carpet but the installation is something to be desired. Shortly after the installation there was a seam down the middle of my basement floor. we had the installer come back and redo the seam and that seems to help for a while. I’ve called at least 6 times since around Thanksgiving it is now Easter. they tell me they will send their installer and he never calls and never shows up. if I had to do it over again I would not go to shroats they don’t back their installations.
