One of the worst store ever. Store manager Vin is very rude & unprofessional. Would not recommend this store for any kind of deal. They will be nice until you sign up but no help after that. Already called the cooperate office about this store. No wonder why this place is always empty in busy mall. NOCUSTOMERSERVICEATALL!!!

Bought an iphone 5 at the Sprint store. Took it back one week later because it would not charge… at all. They checked it out and, zap, replaced it immediately… transferred all my settings/data, too. Either they recognized a woman on the verge of a nervous breakdown or are routinely polite and efficient. Thank you, Gabriel, for your attentiveness and excellent handling of this.

This was the worst experience I had returning a Iphone that I got for Christmas. First telephone call they discourage you to return the phone by telling me that the date was expired it was jan 3 and they are telling me it is jan 5 the day that I called they do not even know the date right. Their telephone manners are the worst they hung up on me 3 times then would not answer the phone knowing it was me I kept caling until they did. the same happened with my husband. they did not give a receipt for the phone when I finally returned it and it us 240.00 they only reimburst 171.00 because they claim reistocking fee which they did not say at the time of the sale it is printed on the receit after you pay and it is too late. they are charging me for headphone in which they did not tell me it was missing when I returned if I had a receipt I would of known that or they should have told me that, the manager is very umprofessional did not make an attempt to call me back after so many messages. I would advise anyone not to deal with this establishment, their customer service does not exist, I called Sprint Co and have filed a complaint and very soon I will cancel my Sprint cell as soon as my contract is over, their service is terrible also no reception most of the time. Try to get through their customer service 45 min before you get the manager, then you loose the call and have to start all over again, just a nightmare. spare yourself the agony dealing with Sprint, they lost me for good, by the the insurance you buy for 100.00 it is a joke you are only covered 2 times and 50.00 each time you use it and they give you a refurbished phone that has problems speically with batteries not working properly wow is that enough bull? My worst experience I hope will help the next person be aware.
