Best mexican on the western side of Racine county. Service is attentive and prices are right.

Amazing Mexican cuisine! Super clean restaurant with amazingly fresh ingredients! The pico de gallo and guacamole were some of the BEST I have! This absolutely will be our go to Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend, you will love it!

The best Mexican food around hands down. I eat here at least a couple times a week. The al pastor is the best I’ve had anywhere.

Everything we’ve tried has been yummy, authentic and fresh. Prices are reasonable. Love their Taco Tuesday special! And their corn tortillas are delicious! I’ve had their tacos and have never been disappointed. Their steak sope is fantastic! Their chicken tamales are good too, although a little on the dry side but that is typical of ALL tamales. We have never been disappointed with our orders.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight, and we were very pleased. We both had the steak tacos(Mexican style) and shrimp tacos. Both were delicious. We also had the guacamole which was very good. This restaurant was pretty busy for a Tuesday night, which is a good sign that it’ll make it in Burlington. Can’t wait to go back.

The guacamole was great. I had the garlic shrimp and it was delicious. My husband and the pollo fajitas and let’s just say there were no leftovers. Definitely coming back.

I was pretty disappointed tonight. Nachos weren’t anything special and I could have made them better at home. With all the hype I’d heard about this place it was a pretty big fail in my opinion.

This is a newer establish, in the former Grater Tater location. Excellent Mexican food — authentic and delicious. The current menu is a little small(I assume they want to first see what menu items work and which ones don’t), but they offer what you’d expect from a Mexican Restaurant: tacos, tortas, sopes, gorditas, burritos, huaraches, etc. They have very good menudo on the weekends and pozole(I haven’t tried it yet) on Thursdays. They also have really good fajitas, and even through the menu only shows chicken fajitas, if you ask for steak, they will make them. They also have several shrimp dishes including caldo de camaron on the weekends. They also have the best chips and salsa, which I know sounds funny because they’re just chips, right? Well, they are so light and crispy, served with 2 kinds of salsa. They also serve beer and wine in addition to soft drinks and horchata. Very clean establishment as well. Burlington has MULTIPLE restaurants that serve Mexican food, and this establishment is on a street that doesn’t get much traffic anymore, so they won’t get much business from people just driving by. We need to get the word out that they are there, and the food is so good, and Burlington needs them to stay in business! I go there every weekend for lunch or dinner, and it’s always so good. Please check them out and get some great food.
