We WERE thinking about switching carriers to t-mobile. We walked in here with our kids and stood around for 15 minutes completely unnoticed and not one person asked to help us or even greeted us. They all stood behind a counter not even acknowledging the at least 10 other people waiting like we were. Nope. Sorry. If you can’t even be professional enough to greet your potential customers when they walk in, I’m not interested.

Had a SIM card error message with another line. Michael helped us by checking out the phone even though I couldn’t find the error message to show him. After checking my phone, he also reviewed my plan and was also able to send me home with a better deal and new SIM card. Was friendly and helpful.

This location has helped me several times with various issues both with my phone and account and have gotten me working and back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I can’t speak of all their staff but everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Can’t stand t-mobile! Poor coverage area, dropped calls, slow data, crappy call quality when it does connect, incorrect billing, poor customer service… I got a piece of equipment from this store that was supposed to boost our signal at home. It didn’t work. Tried to return it to the store but they wouldn’t take it back. Said head office would send me a label for UPS. Never got the label… called multiple times over 3-months. Meanwhile they had to keep adjusting my bill because they kept trying to charge me for the equipment. I have called them 8+ times through this ordeal! Finally someone emailed me a sticker and I dropped the equipment at UPS… but also found out I could have returned the equipment to the store in the first place! Switching to AT&T!

This store and company is GARBAGE! Their associates lied to me and my husband to get our business. Then when we found out, they wouldn’t do anything or give us any kind of solution. They basically said sorry you were lied to, but there’s nothing we can do. BUYERSBEWARE!

T-Mobilehas been my cell carrier for the last several years and this store has been the reason I’ve kept loyal to the company over the last 2. Specifically, Ben has been the one who earned that loyalty. The man should be running that place, and he will end up going far in the world if he keeps up the amazing service he already knows how to provide.

I’ve been to this T-Mobile store several times over the years, and while I have plenty of complaints with the company, this store deserves a good rating. Ben is amazing and my favorite person at that store. He’s good with phones, knows what he’s doing software wise, and is pleasant to speak with. He almost makes the 45 minute drive to their store worth it. We’ve had a lot of problems with the phones we bought from T-Mobile(a Samsung MyTouch, if anyone’s interested), but Ben has always managed to solve the issue for us. Whether he was replacing the phone or working his phone voodoo to magically fix a software problem, he never failed us … and even gave us his private number to call in case his fix was only temporary. He’s the best, and deserves to run that place someday!
