I would rather shop online than deal with rude employees. Katie was insistent that they could not print a gift receipt and acted annoyed that I asked her for one. I would like to say this experience is unique, but for this price customer service is a must. Looks like I’ll be headed to Sephora or shopping only online! On a second occasion that I found myself in store an employee on the floor was talking quite loudly about customers that annoy her. She can’t stand customers who return items and it is sure it’s because they can’t actually afford the things they are buying. Not sure how this is appropriate for talking on the floor but she kept going on and on! Very distasteful! In addition, selection is ok. Many times they are sold out of items with the recommendation to shop Sunday or Monday when the truck comes. I just don’t have time to plan my errands around their truck schedule.

My wife absolutely loves this store. We prefer this location to the Raleigh location for the excellent customer service.
