I do like this place overall as far as the staff, the cleanliness and maintenance. The one and only complaint I have and so do many of the other tenants that I have spoken with… the walls are way too thin and should be a lot better considering the price you pay. We shouldn’t be able to hear everything our neighbors do… using the bathroom, washing clothes, using the shower… and many other things someone would rather not hear. Its just very bothersome and you feel like you have absolutely no privacy, because if you can hear them, then of course they can hear you as well.

Walls are extremely thin. You can literally hear your neighbors talking in their living room and god forbid they have dogs! There seems to be a ladybug infestation in the building we live in or maybe just our apt. Not happy here at all!

If you want a place to come home to at the end of the day and feel like you’ve made it I would highly recommend. I lived here when I moved to N.C. And really enjoyed my place. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The community is well kept. There’s a dog park for residents if you are a dog lover and the salt water pool was a added bonus.
If I ever live in the Burlington North Carolina area again I would happily stay here again. It is contemporary and modern for a affordable price.
