Very sweet, inside and out. Beautifully landscaped. The inside is very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave. Very quiet. Wonderful find, we will definitely be back.

Carolina Country Inn is a quaint place to stay the night in Burnsville. The grounds are lovely and well-​kept, and the outdoor seating areas provide ample space to rest and have a snack and enjoy the scenery.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and the laminate wood flooring made the room appear more expansive. There are no frills here — but the comfy bed, stone shower, and restful sleep are all one need to feel rejuvenated for the adventures that await in the small town and surrounding mountains.
My room offered a small microwave and dorm size fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was also a ceiling fan and the storm doors have screens. A small desk, two chairs, and a flat screen tv were also in the room.
The cat who roams the property is super sweet and is ready for a rewarding pat on the head.
Check in and out was a breeze. The owners are a delight to talk with, and they truly do care about your stay at the Inn.
My one complaint: the room had one small trash can! Add another trash can to the room and I can’t find a negative thing to say about the place.
It was a delightful stay and I look forward to returning.

This place is soooo cute. We like to stay here when we visit our daughter at Mars Hill University. We like the cozy rooms and specifically ask for room 112. Prices are reasonable which is also great for parents on a budget. No tub but a nice shower and a comfy king size bed that sleeps really well. Room comes with fridge and a small microwave too. Close to western sizzling (within walking distance) and another restaurant next door. I have only eaten at Western Sizzlin’ though. Try the Bantum Chef which is close too. Very divey.
