Been a customer for years. Sadly the last few times I’ve hired them. I’ve noticed inexperienced guys who’ve had to come back numerous times. They also seem to run into many issues running the labor costs up. This has happened more than once. How can they think this is OK?! When this occurs a company should not charge you for the issue that they created, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My folks purchased a Generac generator for there house sales person was pleasant and explained everything installers came and had unit up and running and had yard cleaned up then took the time and patience to go everything with my dad. About 18 months later in heat of July power went out and generator wouldn’t start my brother and I checked it out I called Suburban got after hour operator. She was very pleasant and explained because of power out across the area the gentlemen on call were backed up she seemed concerned when I told her about my folks being without AC I explained we were taking the to my brothers she told me a repairman would get back to us. Aprox. 30 mins a pleasant gentelman call he was in Glenville fixing a generator we explain symptoms the generator was doing he asked us to check a hose which we did and saw a crack told us until he could arrive much later that nite to wrap with duct tape would get us thru sure enough it started right up. He came later apologized for delay installed new hose so my folks could stay home. Needless to say I needed a new furnace and central air system and even with comparing quotes Suburban was still lowest and with the service staff they have was the best choice staying with them Thanks for the good customer care
