Home buying was a major step for me. Home searching by itself was overwhelming for me, what area? What amenities? Taxes? Crime rate? The list goes on. Now throw in the mix of an investment property. My goal was to combine a place to live, and find tenants to help pay my mortgage. Great idea! Only one problem, where do I start?
Then I met Jeff, his knowledge of the real estate market was unmatched. Any questions that came to mind, he knew the right answers. Not once did I have to wait on a response from Jeff, call/text/email, he was there to help. In the end, it was Jeff that gave me the courage to take action and begin my goal.
