Pro Temp of Illinois

I was a bit wary to use this company as the Unilocal reviews don’t offer a lot of content, though Pro Temp of Illinois was recommended by a friend.
I gave them a call on Wednesday and they had availability immediately. Very professional customer service and they were patient with my many ignorant questions. They were honest and upfront about pricing, which I really value. I can’t stand it when companies refuse to provide quotes — it makes me feel like I’m being ripped off.
We had a fantastic team come out. Professional and thorough.
Services I used:
— Furnace cleaning: We had recently purchased a home and the previous owners had not cleaned the furnace in 10 years. The Pro Temp crew did a good job servicing the machine and explaining how I can keep the filters clean. The cost for service was reasonable–
Air Duct cleaning: Here they were very detail-​oriented and had a camera to show before-​and-​after views of the ducts.
— Dryer Vent cleaning: They provided this service also and went above and beyond to make sure that the vent was properly functioning. They went outside to ensure that the dryer vents were opening.
I would definitely hire them again for maintenance on the air ducts, dryer vents, and furnace in my condo. I’m so glad I did it because I now have the peace of mind that the air flow in my condo is clean and fresh.
