Recently remodeled, yet again, and very clean and well-organized. Overall, I like this JCPenney, probably more so than the larger JCP across town. This one has better customer service, plasma tv’s and comfortable seating near the dressing rooms and shorter waits at the cash wraps than the GVC store location. Although this JcPenney is smaller, it’s better-run and it still has a Sephora, hair salon and a good clothing selection for both men and women. While I live much closer to the GVC location, I will go out of my way to come to this JcPenney.

My hometown jam! As far as department stores go, Penney’s is a fav. This store is only a few years old, so the dressing rooms are super nice (flat screen TVs and chairs if you’re waiting for someone to try on swag), and every department has a pretty good selection.
Also, there’s a Sephora in-store, which is the only one I know of in the area.
