The sales reps at this store are so helpful! Usually get right in and out within 15 minutes.

Never have I ever been denied a refund for being w few days over 14 days. They denied me with ease. Now I’m stuck with a phone case that was 50 dollars and no longer have the phone that it fits. That’s horrible customer support of you ask me.

Used to be my favorite Sprint store… now it’s been a few years and the employees are much more interested in horsing around and goofing off than helping people. Was in there this past Saturday and the store consisted of 12 customers and 6 employees. 4 of the 6 were not even attempting to help customers. Extremely rude and not at all concerned about customer service. Don’t waste your time… find another store.
