This is THE WORST DUNCAN DONUT SHOP EVER… everytime we go there they never have the donuts that we want to order… went there a month ago — NOONE SHOWED UP FOR WORK– and we all ahd to leave the drive thru– the mgr makes excuses for her staff not showing up — and the district mgr — well Michelle never returns calls or sends coupons as promised! basically they are terrible beware!!!

I have a gluten allergy, so I can’t eat any of the food there, but I love their coffee. Minus one star since they don’t have soy milk (the hubby is lactose intolerant… yeah we are a crazy bunch of food allergies in my family!)

Good customer service. Clean.
I was so surprised to see on this far from New York but thank goodness for it. It really gave me a flavor of home while I was away!
