It must have been good because it closed. Butler is full of complaining teabaggers on disability; if you’re not serving the same old slop, and giving them something to whine about, you can’t survive

I was in the area and really wanted breakfast food. I saw the reviews. The ladies working were super nice. I got a breakfast burrito. It was pretty good. The café was really clean and they also served Starbucks coffee there.

This place has been a savior for downtown Butler. It offers modern, sustainable cuisine with a variety of choices and great daily specials when most other places along Main Street are more status quo. However, be prepared to fork over at least 10 bucks for lunch. I usually make lunch here a treat rather than a regular stop. My favorite go-to sandwiches are the turkey asparagus and the roasted cranberry turkey. There’s usually a quinoa– or veggie-based side I pair with it, but those change from day to day. They do have coffee and espresso-based drinks here, which is great, but the way they’re prepared is usually mediocre at best. Despite that, I do often come here for coffee, but mostly for the convenience.

Great place for downtown. They need more vegan options(i.e. vegan cheese & meat options to their normal menu items). And for a restaurant called Elements I was expecting real wood used throughout(i.e. tables). Overall a good experience and look forward to returning during my next trip to Butler, PA.

Great breakfast, although they were out of eggs when we ordered. Everything else was tasty! I’d recommend this to friends and family!

Wow! Finally! Butler Main Street is showing a sign of life! Element Café is a great lunch spot. I have stopped here a couple times now and both times, and I was very surprised. The interior of this café is very charming. Beautiful exposed brick walls, cute art work. The counter staff is very friendly and happy to help. First stop, Starbucks coffee. Yay for Starbucks. Second time I stopped, I had lunch. I got the Cobb-Herbed Focaccia bread sandwich which was piled high with yummy chicken breast. Also on the sandwich, crispy bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, mescalin greens, tomato, and mayo. So delicious. The sammy also came with a side, I picked the pasta salad. It was very good. I was tempted by the bakery items, but I had to pass. My sandwich was so big, I took ½ of it home. I love that they try to keep things organic and they are committed to buying locally. I am sorry to say that I do not frequent this area very often. But when I do, I will be stopping by Element Café.

It was my first time there. Sizeable menu selection, I choose the cup of soup and ½ bistro sandwich lunch special. I got the chicken apple pecan salad and the soup was a Cajun Creole. Food was delivered to my table, but you order up at the counter. Soup was awesome and the ½ sandwich was also very good. Large portions for lunch! When you’re done you return dishes to the pickup counter. Atmosphere was enjoyable, clean, they have wifi, and prices were comparable. They also serve Starbucks which is why I wandered in there in the first place-pretty much a full menu. Finally! New fabulous lunch spot!

As a Butler city resident, I’m so happy to see a self sustainable organic resturant come to Main St. The food is excellent. I’ve tried the Panni sandwiches, breakfast sandwichs, salads and yogurts. Nice that there is a side cooler where you can pop in and grab a prepared salad with all the fixins to go. Now they’ve add Starbucks beverages, hoping for more selections there eventually. I too love the«go green» theme here. Although I did notice speakes, it was little too quiet, could use some calming music, cool Jazz, or maybe Chamber music.

New little café on Main Street in Butler. Nice sandwiches and healthy salad options. I like the go green aura here… best spot for healthy lunch options in the area.
