I will do my best not to come to this store again. Living in Butler, fabric options are limited, but I think I’d rather go to Walmart. which is saying a lot for me. When I got to the store, it was a day that they were unloading to the truck of supplies for the store. Three employees were unloading and ONLYTWO people were actually working in the store. One was cutting fabric, and the other was at the register. Each person had a line of at least five people so I didn’t want to bother them to ask questions about materials. When I found someone in the back, they said they couldn’t help me because they had to unpack. I am very new at fabric and DIY projects, and after I finally found the right materials I brought them to the cutting station. The woman there, Roxanne I think, was VERYRUDE and constantly belittled me and scoffed at me for not knowing the correct terminology for things. Instead of just doing her job, she made me feel ridiculous and stupid in front of other customers in line. I then waited in the line for the register for about ten minutes, but at least the woman working there was nice. I understand being stressed when you are busy, but taking it out on customers does not help business and I’m sure it didn’t make her feel better. Better scheduling and customer service is definitely needed. I will go out of my way to avoid going there again.
