I have had really great shellac manicures here… And really bad. Overall I would say I enjoy coming here… But last night I went and the nail tech made 5 of my 10 cuticles bleed… Pretty badly. I understand that sometimes they get to close on maybe one finger, but I bled a lot on 3 fingers and I didn’t get any discount or compensation. The lady did apologize, but after bleeding that much I think I should have received some sort of discount at least.

Snow nails has moved a couple doors down and become Luxor Nails. While although their polish is somewhat decent (although mine completely peel off the next day), the people who work there are God awful. The man doing my pedicure saw some of my old self harm scars on my ankles and him and the coworker started laughing, and saying «haha she cut herself all by herself» and making cutting motions next to my scars. They’re awful people. Don’t go there.
