I really wanted to like this salon because my technician seemed very nice… at first. I asked for a pedicure and to just get my fingernails painted to match. She kept insisting that I get gel polish on my fingernails — and after telling her no 3 times, I finally said ok. I ended up with a full manicure — which I had not asked for. Something that should have cost me around $ 50 ended up costing $ 70. In addition, during my pedicure, she cut a huge gash in the side of my foot with the pumice stone. It was so painful, I just about jumped out of the chair. It is now 5 days later and I still have the painful cut. What’s worse, she barely ran the pumice stone over my heels — so they are still callused(which was the primary reason I wanted a pedicure). My technician was the nicest in the salon — the rest were gruff and when it came to checking out other customers, couldn’t figure out the cash register. They argued about the cash register for 10 minutes while the customer was forced to stand there waiting. Later, another customer entered asking for acrylics with a jewel — it took them another 10 minutes just to figure out if they could do what she was asking. This was my second try at this salon, and now I’ll never go back. Very disappointing.

My mom and I went there, I got a full set and a pedicure and she got a manicure. My pedicure was great. My nails are not. They look boxy and unnatural and he clipped them much shorter than I wanted. The acrylic is very thin and poorly applied. The nail technician kept trying to sell me on gel polish or a french tip which would have cost me 50 instead of 32 and he ignored me after I declined. For the two of us to have the manicure, pedicure, and full set it cost 82 dollars which is insane. I will be driving to Pittsburgh to my old salon USA Nails for their superior service.
