Absolutely the worst system for scheduling an appointment in the entire world. Even online we could not make a simple appointment for a routine blood test. It’s a archaic system that we are forced to use. We were forced to use Quest two times and each was a disaster. The lab itself is not bad, but the system for booking an appointment is horrible. There is NO WAY to speak to a person. Shame on you Quest Diagnostics.
