I’ve been there once and that was enough for me. I was impressed with their selection of books, but when I went to check out I pulled out my debit card and the woman and the register got really snotty and said we are a small business, went into a speech about why they don’t take them and acted like I offended her by even thinking about using my card. They had no sign up or anything alerting people to this. Now I usually would have overlooked this, but the attitude of the woman was a real turn off. It’s a shame because I’m a huge reader andit’s a place I would have returned to, but I doubt I ever will.
