Route 23 Automall

Just purchased a new Ford F-​150 2016 pickup truck from 23 Automall with Mike Voorhees. Called Mike and set up an appointment to talk about my options on a trade in and possible purchasing another vehicle. It was very easy to work with Mike, since I purchased my first pickup with him four years ago. Never questioned his knowledge or did he give me a hassle when asking many questions on buying a new vehicle. We walked the lot to look at new and used trucks and never felt pressure of forced to purchase a new truck. I was given a fair/​good value on my 2012 pickup and was very pleased with options Mike presented to me on how much, my new truck would be. So if your in the market looking to buy a pickup truck, stop by at 23 Automall and ask for Mike Voorhees, before going anywhere else. It’s worth the trip, just to find out and the atmosphere is peaceful and not overwhelming.

We just bought a car at this dealership. We found a great deal online, saw the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. Carlos helped us with working all the little gadgets inside and overall we had a very pleasant experience.

So this establishment is incompetence at its best. So my boyfriend saw a car on several different websites for a very cheap price he called up route 23 Automall and they stated that they would have to honor the price even though it was wrong. So after driving for 40 minutes up we got there and the sales rep got the manager and he proceeded to tell us that the price was wrong and why would we think that this car would be that cheap. We stated we thought the car price was wrong but we were told that I would honor the price anyway. Then the guy started getting frustrated because he knows his workers are incompetent and he was called out on it. Moral of the story is if you wanted to get treated like you were the one that didn’t do their job and then get nasty snotty remarks this certainly is the place you want to go. My only suggestion for Route 23 Automall is to hire people that know how to do their job and not blame the customers for there incompetence
