My previous experience with UC Health has been great. This trip to Orthopedics unfortunately wasn’t as good. I waited nearly an hour for my less than 15 minute appointment with Dr. Agabegi. As I waited I heard one patient after another checking in for their appointment with him. It seemed overbooked to double booked. It was clear during our interaction that he was rushed. I imagine he’s probably capable but several things I mentioned were not discussed or glossed over. The medical assistant put up my x-​rays but we never discussed them. I was hoping for more information about what was actually going on with my back and neck. Understanding they seem the same thing all day, some patients want to understand more about whatever issue they are experiencing. I one of those patients and would have really appreciated the extra time.
