Dixon Heating & Cooling

My hot water heater stopped working on a Sunday night, I contacted two companies for repair and service. Dixon’s and another company that charges a little less per hour. Within 2 hours on a Sunday I heard back from Dixon’s to schedule a service call for Monday morning, I heard from him again first thing in the morning to go over the details and got scheduled for 9am Monday morning. Then at 9:30 I got the first call from the other company, sorry to slow. Dixon’s prompt response was not only comforting since I had no hot water, but showed great service from the get-​go.
Mike arrived with help and within 30minutes had my hot water heater running. He explained each step of the way what he was doing to the pump and why it happened. Fantastic service. Very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend his service, another company may be slightly cheaper for labor costs but you won’t get better service.
