I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I walked into this place, greeted by a lady who does not even work there, who was with girls who do work there, &said very rude things to me & my friend. The girls who work there know me & acted very unprofessional towards me, & should not bring their personal issues into work. I am completely horrified at this behavior that was demonstrated while all the employees sat there & laughed. I spend a lot of money there& I will never return there ever.

The concept is a good one however the service was poor. We waited at the door for probably 5 minutes while staff walked by, it took another couple sitting down all ready to tell us «you seat yourself». The menu was okay, small and to the point. Would like to have seen a better selection and the food was your typical bar type food. My drink(a margarita) came with some extra protein, a fruit fly in it. Wasn’t impressed at that point. So far I would only go back for the location and a bottle of beer, freshley cracked open.

We tried the lobster rolls, rubbery, not fresh. The good side is the bar is very good and the view is fantastic. Stick with the drinks.

Always a pleasure having lunch here. Their seafood is fresh and the outdoor seating has a nice view. I also like their fish and chips.

I go to Al’s whenever I am on vacation in the area; great setting, beautiful views and good pub food. Crowded at times but worth the wait, grab a beer and enjoy the atmosphere. Lobster over a salad or on a bun /hot or cold always a hit

Nice seasonal indoor and outdoor patio pub, on buttermilk bay, a place for seafood and pub food. The chowder with clam fritters is my favorite. Mudslides are very popular.

Good food and the deck is great! The service was a little slow. We were just there too long. I would go back, the slow service may have been a fluke.

High security spot…15 plus infrared cameras on every spot… I thought I was on the TV show Person of interest. Its creepy. I’m a nobody But I don’t want to be watched eating my dinner. Maybe this place is going on a reality TV show?

The LONG awaited day, April 1 has arrived! this marks the opening of 7 seasons for this little gem. I have been there for every other opening and this was not to be different. Arriving a little early, I saw The Captain(Al himself!) walking in his slow shuffle across the parking lot. As I drove in, he looked, turned and smiled and said«How the heck are ya?» I replied a bit and we shared some talk. it was still a bit early, but I went in, sat down and looked at the sparkling cleanliness of the place, which a few days ago was dormant. Al was proudly showing off the new heating system on the deck to take the chill out. Then the«Admiral»(Judy, Al’s wife and co owner) came over and welcomed me back with the warmest of smiles and sincerity. I ordered the fried clam roll and quahog. They were both perfect, the quahog light and crispy, and the clams were done to perfection! It was so good, I am going back for dinner with the bride! if you go by this place on Cranberry Highway(right at Buttermilk Bay) and do not stop, well, YOU have lost the experience of a lifetime! Al & Judy, welcome back for what WILL be another great season.

Frozen lobster. Rarely fresh seafood, Italian dishes drowned in butter, they close the kitchen at nine and got rid of the bartender… which was the only reason my friends and I went there. Heading down the street for the same bartender and fresh and delicious seafood from Lindseys.

Everyone needs a good local pub and grub hangout to go to once in a while. We’ve brought several friends here at different times and they’ve all enjoyed themselves. . This place fits our bill because… Food: Some rundowns… — So-so’s — I wasn’t the biggest fan of their grilled/baked fish dishes, and I won’t do fried(sea)food. But if you do, there’s a good amount of choices for you. — Pretty good — Their shrimp scampi dish(although be warned… there’s quite a bit of butter in it if it’s not your thing). — Sure bets — Go for a bowl of the chili with nacho’s and have that as your main meal. The hubster also loves the turkey club they have. One of our friends enjoyed the other sandwiches they had also. Drink: — Blue Moon on Draft — plus — The hubby had the dark and stormy and he was quite pleased with it. — Other friends have enjoyed their drinks as well, although I don’t remember what cocktails they had. Atmosphere: Casual and fun, and that view is grand! Enjoy the heck out of that deck! It’s easy to see why this place is packed in the summer. It may be a good strategy to do a late lunch /early dinner on the weekends — we only didn’t bother once or twice over the summer as we couldn’t get a parking space in the lot as it was to full capacity. They have a few new dishes to try this year for 2015, too! That’ll keep me coming back.

The food was good. The view great. Adequate beer selection Very rustic décor with tiki masks secured to pilings with plastic straps as the only thing tiki about the place. The menu is straight up beach side. I had fish and chips. It was fresh, well cooked and generous. My husband had fried clams and was more than pleased. Even the coleslaw was nicer than expected. I thought the French fries just ok bit my husband liked them. It is on a busy section in wareham, hardto get in and out of the lot. Once you are the road is out of sight and sound. And very good waitress. She had a little of the south in her voice.

Waitress forgot several things. 1) one in our party ordered dessert for dinner and 20 minutes later she came back saying they were out of dessert. ALLOFIT!?! 2) it was 90° and I was brought one glass of water. In an hour. 3) they took order, delivered food, delivered check. It gets three stars because it’s outside and the ambiance is pretty nice and calm. I just wish the damn waitress had a clue.

You can zoom right by this place if you don’t know its there. It’s disguised as a business building until you actually pull into the parking lot lol. I’ve driven by it for years never stopping, thinking it was a sign from a «used to be restaurant» til this year. Since then I’ve been there more than a few times. It’s seating on a deck on the water(my favorite). The food is average, not disappointing but not rave worthy. I’ve eaten there enough to be confident with that statement. The service and staff have been great. You can find it busy on a sunny weekend day and parking can be tight.(FYI It is accessible by boat). But I say don’t let that deter you. If you have to wait for a table outside, just sit at the inside bar until its ready. I recommend trying. P. S. Don’t let the word«Tiki» trick you into thinking It’s Polynesian or Asian orientated. I think they were going for the«tropical“aspect using that word.

Sitting on the back deck looking at the water you might think you were on the vineyard rather than Cranberry highway. Great spot for drinks when the weather is good. Food is ok would be better if the veggies were fresh, appear to be canned. Seafood is good though. Agree with others that a raw bar would be a great addition. Would like to see a larger selection of tap beers too. Those two things would make this a perfect go to spot. Still a good choice though. Friendly staff.

Well the beer selection is really quite poor for a Cape bound establishment. I am starting to wonder how places remain open with such choices. To be fair, food was good, though there was little about my burger that couldn’t be done elsewhere for better or worse. The pasta my date got was quite good and the portion was simply huge. It was served with garlic bread as well. Ok so not anything special other than the location. The location is really quite something though on the edge of Wareham overlooking a pretty vast marina. It is quite a spot in the summer time.
