Wish we would have brought the the whole rack of desserts back to Texas with us. Found this place on my way back to Texas and we glad we did. Was looking for breakfast but we found a great home cooked meal and friendly owners.

I happened upon this place by accident. I’m glad i did. I had the regular burger and fries. The burger was juicy and the fries were hand cut. The waitress was very friendly. When I walked in, i could hear and smell the hamburgers cooking in the kitchen. I will eat here the next time i am in the area.

Perfect lunch buffet for a Sunday afternoon. Food and atmosphere were great and so was the service. Will definitely be returning sometime soon to try out again

Hungry Jack’s was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. There are daily lunch specials. The beef tips were delicious and made with steak not stew meat. The hamburger and onion rings are hand made. They also serve chicken fingers, fish, salads and poboys. Tuesday is beef tip day and Wednesday is meat loaf day so call early to reserve a plate. The service is great and the owner is very personable with a lot of experience in the food industry. Will only get better.
