Still waiting for my project to be completed. Had a measurement taken July 10th and then nothing… no word, no estimate, no scheduled completion. I literally called about every 3 days and left messages. Typically 1 out of every 4 phone calls would get returned. I talked to Jennie, Sylvia. They weren’t rude like the others said; just didn’t give any answers. Thought we had all the details hammered out to be completed today and no surprise: no one showed up. 3 phone calls later and I am told it wasn’t scheduled. This is something I want done. If it doesn’t get done as it is now promised (tomorrow) I say forget it… Avoid the hassle-​go with another company.

Sylvia, the lady who deals with customers is a rude, rude woman. She quoted a price and gave me a date thatcmy carpet would be ready. Three days past the date, I finally got in touch with her, only to be told that she never quoted anything to me and they weren’t going to do what we had agreed upon. She never called to let me know there was a problem. Now I am in a huge bind due to her lack of competency and communication skills. I will never do business with this place again… so long as she works there. Rude. Incompetent. Never again. Save yourself the trouble.

Let me be the first to review. I have dealt with this company before, and I was extremely happy and satisfied with their business and helpfulness. That being said, Sylvia may be the most crude lady I have come across in a business setting to date. She was extremely rude, over a mistake and a quote that SHE made. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise to even try to communicate before she flat out hung up in my face. It’s too bad that she is the face for this place. They will NEVER have my business or the business of EVERYONE I know again. Seriously, take your money elsewhere, lest the wrath of Sylvia fall upon you.
