Save your time and money! Recommended by S & G Carpets. I think that they are in cahoots with this guy. Charged more than quoted, did a crappy job and I had to beg for calls back. Never again. There are too many other places to use.

My family scheduled an appointment with this S&G recommended company over a week ago. We told them we were going to have our three rooms and hallway carpet cleaned. The man said it would be $ 150 -$ 175 not including a $ 25 discount because the were recommended.
Today the company came out to clean the carpets and after a quick measurement of the rooms he doubled the price to over $ 300.
After he left (we showed him the door!), we called Stanley Steamer and they came out and did everything for $ 175. Guess I know who I’LL NOT be using next time! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

My kitchen tile floor and grout were horrible!!! I actually had considered changing my floor tile until Mike came in and said let’s try cleaning and sealing them first. WOW! My kitchen looks fantastic now, it looks brighter and the grout is restored back to a light cream color vs. dark brown. Thank you so much for the great job and wonderful customer service. I used Classic Touch Carpeting Cleaning in San Jose, they are a family operated company.

Classic Touch did a great job on my carpets on short notice and guaranteed them. They knew exactly what stains could be removed and were very courteous. There was no crunchy residue left over like some other companies.
