J & T Wash On Wheels

I was referred to this company by HomeAdvisor. The call went thru and the gentleman on the other line did not identify himself. He was highly unprofessional and wanted to argue about whether he said who he was. Game over… given their prior reviews and his approach, I can only imagine the quality of service. He probably should remember two important lessons… the customer is always right and the customer is always right… people do not have time to debate or argue…

My deck was sinking at walkway .
We were quoted 375.00 and would be able to get work done right away. We were quoted less from other companies but opted to get deck fixed right away. So Tony got the job!
Tony arrived with an other worker and promptly began to work. The boards had to be removed to get to the brackets that needed to be replaced. He found that the screws and brackets that were used were indoor quality thus they rusted and deteriorated. Tony took the extra time to carefully remove the screws and saved the boards from having to be sawed and replaced. He also removed and replaced all of the other brackets along the whole deck where board was removed.
They were done in a timely manner on a hot day ! I was pleased with the work. Tonys 30 years of experience showed. Both Tony and his guy were friendly with smiles and a sense if humor.
I have already referred a friend that needs some stair work done. Hopefully they can do the work. Thanks Tony

Any business that has an employee driving a company truck recklessly and boldly defiant about it… and doesn’t respond to your calls to report it. obviously doesn’t value their reputation. and it is clear in others reviews… they dont do much to create a good reputation.. To the employee driving the truck in Hayward tonight at 6pm. you put me and my children in harms way… just so you could make sure that you went first. was that a wheelchair on the back of the truck?

Refused to honor a Living Social coupon despite that being part of the agreement. Not cool.

When they show up, the work is great.
BUT… showing up is part of the job.
I made a second appointment with this company after they did a great job doing pressure washing. But they didn’t show up. When I called to find out why, he said he was at the airport waiting for a flight. Really? Couldn’t you have called to cancel the appointment so I wouldn’t have wasted a morning waiting at home?
How sad that a company that does such good work is so unreliable.

Wouldn’t honor a Groupon, and then tried to upsell me a costly service.

Tony from J & T came over and cleaned my gutters, repaired my tile roof and cleaned my very dirty roof. He did an excellent job. I would hire him again and recommend him.
