Bought a reconditioned Husqvarna at Lowe’s. The salesman said if I didn’t buy it — he would as it is such a good machine! Well, I purchased it. Came with no bag. Had to buy a bag for $ 25. The machine worked once great. The next time it would not turn off!!! We brought it back to Lowe’s for service. They said service was covered. Then wherever they sent it to have serviced called me and said it WAS NOT covered. Will cost me 150.00. After many phone calls to Lowe’s they said they would not cover it. Well now it has been over one month and still no lawn mower. They are waiting for a part and they do not know when they are going to get it in. Lowe’s said they would refund my money for me, but not pay for the part! I am very dissatisfied as Lowe’s guaranteed that this machine was great and in good working order when they sold it to me. I am now out the $ 25 for the bag I had to purchase. They lost me as a customer.

Lowes where the customer comes last. We don’t organize our store, know nothing about the products we sell and would rather avoid work than take care of the customer. If you want to buy a gimmic tool rather than the stuff you need this is the location to go. Asst managers are less than helpful and the store manger is a better mindless grandmother rather than a hardware. Manager. Come here if you know what you need the staff will offer zero help ever.

I had a challenging issue with a gift card. The Lowes associates who were assisting me spent probably half an hour working on it and were able to resolve it for me. They came through when customer care (over the phone) wasn’t able to help me. The associates helping me were Alex, Justin, Cindy. I felt that they went the extra mile. Thank you very much.

Bought several items, décor, plants and a few keys. not one employee asked if my wife or myself needed help even though 4 walked by us a few times 2 even looked directly at us and walked away. Home depot and Amazon give better customer service, have more products and better prices. This was my last trip to lowes.

My husband and I stood around for a half an hour. We asked several store employees for help, but all of them said they would call someone else or told us just to wait. The store was empty, by the way. After a half hour of this, my husband finally got someone to help us. This employee immediately starting shooting his mouth off about how Lowes is cutting their hours and basically wanted us to praise him for doing his job. He was super hostile and unprofessional, so much so that we left and purchased our washer and dryer from another store.

Usually someone available to help, quick to call other locations if there aren’t enough of an item, and clean. The only bad points are employees complaining to customers about how badly they are treated. This has happened numerous times, with different people.
Not sure if it’s an employer or employee issue, but I’d rather not be trapped in the middle. Kind of like when my parents got divorced.

Have always been a home depot guy but decided to try Lowes for a online refrigerator. I did all the necessary research and as I was getting ready to make the payment I thought it might be a good idea to see when it would be delivered. I was shocked to see that delivery would be on 12÷10÷15, today’s date is 9÷11÷15.
Really? 3 ½ months. Well that’s the end of Lowes for me. They might have had my future business on my 8 rentals in Vegas.
To bad, so sad! lol

Best lowes in vegas.
Best customer service and lighting sections in the city. They have a larger quantity that most lowes. Relaxed and friendly environment.

Since this is the closest «hardware» type store we have been here a million times since moving into our house.
We have never had an install or large purchase here but the million times we have been here the customer service has never let me down.
For example the young guy in paint is a real gem. I needed a thousand different small items and five gallons of different colors of paint last time he helped me and he was training a new hire the same time as helping me. Patient and friendly this guy needs a raise.
From mixing four gallons of custom paint from examples I brought in, to explaining different types of brushes, texturizing, prime washer, and rollers… yes I have experience with painting but it’s been about ten years since piddling around with projects I have lined up to accomplish. With his help, I am excited to get started!!!
I had to go somewhere else to get a metallic paint I wanted and they didn’t have a small point brush, but that’s ok. I needed everything from stucco repair (tore up a small area of the side of the house ramming a hammock pole into it… opps) to custom matching a Shermin Williams paint, he covered it all. He even was able to find what secondary stucco paint color was just from a tiny chip.
I needed a 4×4 5′ wood beam but all they had were 10′ and 8′ and they would not cut the beam down for me. Not only was the saw broken they are not allowed to cut something that thick. Oh well I will get a neighbors help.
Skip driving further to HD because their customer service sucks and they can never help you or explain where items are in their store.

If you like to garden (buy plants) this place is great! They guarantee their plants for 1 year. This gives you a chance to see what plants can tolerate conditions in different parts of your yard. If you return a dead plant and want to replace it with the same plant or one of equal value they make the process simple.

Lowes to the rescue!
I needed some stuff to help repair my car, and Lowe’s had it.
It’s similar to Home Depot and has an excellent selection, helpful employees and fair pricing.
I think it’s always nice to have a store like this when you need to make repairs, improvements or just need stuff for function, aesthetics or as a utility for the home or any other situation.
Parking is easy, also I bought some bottled water with the CA Redemption label, yet since it’s in NV was not charged the $ 0.05 per bottle, so let’s see if, now in CA that I can’t collect that free redemption value! :) — - I think there was a Seinfeld episode about this and Kramer’s antics to recycle across a state line for profiteering…

Do not order service from this store.
Abysmal customer service from the install sales team.
They installed a 2 brand new HVAC units on the roof of our duplex.
They had to cut into our (NON LEAKING) roof to install it.
It leaked.
It’s Las Vegas — you don’t find these things out until a really heavy monsoon. We found out less than a year after install. It leaked in both places where they cut the holes for the return ducts. We reported it and the installer came out and supposedly fixed the leaks.
Another year goes by before another truly heavy monsoon. And the roof is still leaking in the same place on one of the units!!! We call again. This time, it takes over a week to get a customer service person out to look at it.
Lowes says the labor is not warranteed after the first year. AND most importantly — THEY HAVE LOST THE RECORD of our reporting THE LEAK the first time around WITHIN the year warrantee period. To top this off — the company Lowes contracted with, Phoenix Air, has gone out of business!
Lowes, you really really suck.

My boyfriend is always in need of tools and odds and ends from here so I always tag along. I always find myself lost in the gardening section looking for a new plant for the home — they have a great selection of indoor plants as well as outdoor plants in all sorts of sizes.
They also have a pretty decent selection on fabric window curtains with many different styles and designs. A lot of the designs are trendy and fresh.
You can also find random functional stuff for the home, such as a garage parking sensor that changes colors (red/​yellow/​green) so you won’t crash into the wall lol. We bought that here and it works wonders!

Lowes will always be the copy cat box hardware store in my book. I just have a much better experience with the service and selection at home depot.

You’d like the employees here would know the lay out of the store. Had to ask three different people and couldn’t find the item.
I went to another hardware store and was done in 10 mins.

Picked up some cell shades and a mister that you attach to your hose for these hot scorching days! Works great. Located near the cash registers in several colors, I got the purple one for only $ 9.99 not including my mil discount! Go buy one!

Parking is no good. Went in to look at appliances and got a great deal.
Worked with Harry in appliances and went from looking to buy entire new kitchen. He worked out the best deal in town including washer dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave built in. I shopped all over and this was best package deal. The only bad thing was a longgggg wait on refrigerator on back order. Their in house delivery crew was top notch and professional. Will buy more from them and see Harry he really takes good care of the customer ie me. Thanks

Like I said in my previous review of the other Lowe’s store on eastern, I much prefer Lowe’s stores to Home Depot, though I know that there a few similarities (warehouse feel, cement floor, long aisles, etc.). This store is closer to our home and thus, more convenient.
We were in the area (on saturday), and wanted to see if we could find the recessed toilet paper roll holder for our bathroom that we are currently in the process of remodeling (original 1950s horrendous– mint green, pink, and black tile with white paint). We did. We had the option of shiny silvertone or white, so we chose the white one (since we went with brushed nickel for the rod, towel bars, hardware, and hooks– we’re trying to streamline and simplify). We pretty much stayed in the Fashion Bath department of the store. It was saturday afternoon, but it wasn’t crowded at all.
Great options, various price ranges, which is helpful for the homeowners here in the Las Vegas valley.

My washing machine went out last week. It was filling with water, and not agitating. I tried every online home remedy possible, and finally started looking up replacement parts from the model number.
Manufacture date: 1975.
Ooookay, forget trying to fix it. Time for a new washer.
I didn’t know what to expect buying my first washer (my museum piece came with the house I bought), and more importantly, I was worried that if I buy a new washer, what happens to the old one? Am I going to have to store it on the side of my house like some small backwoods town? Should I go ahead and complete the visual effect with some half-​clothed children running around the front of my house next to a car on cinder blocks? Do I need to give myself three first names now?
None of this came to pass, thanks to Harry.
Harry, who was running the home appliance section was easy to talk to, marveled at my 35-​year old period piece, and told me which washer would be the best fit for my needs and my budget. I was trying to remember the type of connector cables I needed, and he recommended them to me no problem.
Best of all are the «free» parts: Free next day delivery, free installation, free removal of previous appliance. The service delivery was top-​notch: On time, very communicative, easy to work with, and fast. A very painless experience.
So now my brand new washer sits next to my 35 year old dryer (It was a set, you see). When the day comes that the dryer fades into the grey veil of obsolescence, at least I know replacing it will only take a few minutes and a small dent to my wallet.
