Worst service I have had to include: 2MB speeds when I paid for 30. Horrible customer service. Hidden charges that raised my bill 20 $ once I removed home phone. If there was anyone else I could go to I would. Suddenlinks service is terrible, I would give them less than one star if I could. I called the company for tech support for the 3rd time after being told how to fix my router. So not to get misguided again I asked for the technical supports name and extension. Once again I got the run around. I called back and asked for Chris and gave his extension, only to be notifed there was no Chris in tech support and they didn’t «use» extensions. Suddenlink is truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
