Wow! Very impressed with the knowledgable staff. I like a shop where the people working there know everything about everything they have. I never hear anyone say «I don’t know…». The young lady showing me the .380’s and stuff today on March 13, 2016 really impressed me. Offering options, asking questions about preferences, I mean, wow. So I’m definitely going to be back to at least purchase one «used» weapon, used in quotes because it’s brand fricken new! Can’t pass on that weapon at that price. See you soon, guys! Great job! THANKS!

They don’t make them like this anymore. This gun store brings together southern hospitality and the oral encyclopedia of all things firearms since it’s invention in ancient China. Want to know why your Mosin has a round receiver and others have hexagon? Want some light gunsmithing done by a guy named Colt? Want to know this is this and that is that? Well this is the place to find that out with some awesome prices. Not just ammo here. But synonymous with the name, I highly suggest ammo from Derek. That guy is a walking Wikipedia

Nice shop. Bigger than expected. Very complete with merchandise with room to spare. Staff was welcoming and the range tops off the store as a destination.
One issue detracts from professionalism and being family friendly: I’m no fan of the current administration but, derogatory depictions of the First Lady with juvenile captions hanging over counter-​space are out of place. There really isn’t a place for that.

Our family comes by here every Sunday to keep in practice. Mickey the owner is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn’t have stumbled upon a better store and range.

First time shooting a gun for an extended period of time and let me tell you that there are a lot of nerves involved with shooting for the first time. The shooting range specialist, Dennis, was very helpful and enthusiastic. He truly made my experience there one to remember. I’m visiting from California so this type of hospitality especially at a range is very rare over back west. Very generous people working there and very hospitable especially to us less experienced folk. I would recommend coming here if it’s your first time as they won’t hesitate to show you the ropes. Overall I had a lot of fun and next time I come back to the lone star state I’ll make sure to stop by to get some shooting in.

I have been there several times and I’ve never experienced the service problems of some other reviewers. I’m not saying their problems didn’t happen, but I haven’t seen it. In fact, on many occasions they have been down right helpful. I got my CHL there last year and bought my first gun from them today. After checking prices hard, I got a good deal on a 1911 and Mickey offered me the best deal on my trade-​in .380. I look for value when I make major purchases, and I’m satisfied with Ammo Depot.

Really good prices and big inventory. Staff was helpful, not pushy. The shop smells of rich mahogany and they have many leather bound books. Cornelius was very helpful. I got a new Saiga shotgun that has a shoulder thing that goes up. It is awesome. Will go back again

Worst store ever. I’ve been in there twice. Both times very unhelpful, bordering on rude employees. More interested in sitting around talking than helping customers. Have items in their display cases that are not for sale yet are displayed as if they are. Won’t waste my time with them ever again. Would rather drive further for better service.
