Courteous Carpet Care

These guys were very polite and efficient. I cleared the rooms and they got here right on time. Jerry spent 30 minutes cleaning one stain that I thought was going to be impossible to get out. Told me if I wasn’t happy the stain removal would be free. I was very happy that he got it out. They seem to care about the quality of the job they instead of just doing it and getting paid.

So, as I’m pretty much a Unilocaler of any and all things we come into contact with; from the subtle and sublime to the obvious. I am not surprised to be writing a 5 star review for a carpet cleaning business. Not surprised at all, hell I even gave a 5 star review of Rockwall Hyundai and I despise car lots…
Anyway ;). So after 2 years in the casa, Mommas informs me that «the carpets are to be cleaned». We undertake the painstaking effort of removing countless items from the carpeted areas of the house (mostly upstairs) and getting the house suitably clean for them to come in and clean it… yeah yeah, you’re married to one of those too! She also frowns on the towels in the guest bathroom from being used too ;).
Jerry is a stand up, helluva nice guy. He even impressed Mommas, on a subject relative to cleanliness (she’s a bit germaphobic is an understatement) which is a testament in and of itself. The price was reasonable, especially for the work done… I believe he probably did 1000 sq ft or more of the house and hallways and pre-​treated and cleaned even the «doggie accidents» and went over everything with the black light before and after to show it was done right.
They do business all along I-​30 from RW through Greenville, I bet if you tell him I sent you… he might even come a little farther out!
