Credit Card Fraud. This store has used my card now 3 different dates and times so I don’t think it’s a mistake. I’ve never been there before. How can a charge be made there when I have my card here??? And why would I be ordering pizza over the phone in a city I’m not in. Sounds like fraud. Aren’t you supposed to check ID or cards or something to prevent fraud?

We order from here at least once a week… I had a bad experience one night when ordering a delivery meal. It was a Sunday night and wanted pasta. I had let it get late so I called to see how much time it would take to get it delivered and they said, 30min. 45 top. An hour went by and no order. it was close to 9pm and I had to be up by 4:30 the next morning. I called and the owner stated his driver’s car broke down and now only had one driver. It would be another 30min or I could drive into town and it would be no cost… I asked why someone didn’t call me. If I HADKNOWNEARLIER, I might have went to get it but by then I had to go to bed… forget the order. Well today I called in an order but left my bank card at home and all I had was a $ 20 bill and change. Well went I with my $ 20 and a hand full of change… he too my $ 20 and said that’s all I need. The order was $ 23…so I give 4 snaps to Mona Lisa’s in Caddo Mills! Btw, the Chicken Alfredo rocks!!!

Great pizza and don’t let the high school staff fool you. Those kids can throw down on some pizza! I’m not sure of their entire menu, but out of the 30+ times we’ve ordered from Mona Lisa here in Caddo, there’s only been 1 major issue I can think of. They’ve forgotten a few things before, but it’s never a huge deal. Nobody anywhere in 30 miles can touch Mona Lisa that I’ve had. You have to go to Rockwall or across Ray Hubbard to get as good of a product, but you’ll wind up spending twice as much… Mmmmmm… Pizza!!!
