Would give 3.5 if I could. Rental units are clean, comfortable with a view of Lake Cadillac. The four building sections are cheaply made, sitting six units to a section. You can tell its a basic build because you can hear the pitter patter of feet when people wander in or out of their units. Clubhouse is across the street. Has pool, workout area, whirlpool, sauna, and meeting rooms.
