Absolutely terrible. First my car was not available when I went to pick it up. Nor were any other cars. So since it wasn’t available I had them deliver the car for me later that day. When I got in the car I noted that the gas tank was just over ½ a tank. I received a phone the following Wednesday to return the vehicle on Friday to the Columbia, IL location and when I went to drop it off at 3:45 in the afternoon, to my surprise they were closed! With them being closed over the weekend as well, I came back on Monday to return it with the gas tank at a half a tank. 4 days later when checking my credit card statement to my suprise I see a $ 44.55 charge. After calling to find out why I was charged, they claimed I PICKED the vechile up with ¾ a tank. They said I picked the car up from their location and it had ¾ a tank! They did not care about their shitty customer service they provided or that they flat out lied about the amount of fuel that was in the car.
