DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I just had a miserable experience with this company. They gave inaccurate information during the estimate. The price is based on how much of the truck they fill. We should have filled only ½ the truck. But when they show up with a truck smaller then promised and randomly tossed in items… all of a sudden the truck is full. Then, the guys who did the job claim it’s $ 100 OVER the maximum that their manager is telling you and it’s no longer based just on how much of the truck they fill, but now they take into consideration the type of items being tossed out. In my case, it was collapsed moving boxes and bags of paper used to wrap items for a move. How difficult is that??? In the end, they thought I was being too difficult and they dumped my trash in my driveway (not where it was originally) and drove off. I am attaching a picture to prove it. In the meantime, I’ve spoken with the Better Business Bureau who claim to have gotten a number of calls about this company.
