Alyson is a great agent. She works hard for her clients and is incredibly responsive. You never need to wonder where she is or when she will get back to you, because she will call or text you back immediately. She is active in the community and has a good feel for what price a house should be on the market for. Most importantly, she is kind when she should be and tough when the time is right. Alyson represented me in selling my townhome — a townhome that I rented out from 3000 miles away (not an easy task by any means). Her initial communications and marketing strategy were very professional and above and beyond the competition. She also put me at ease as far as being a «distant seller» — she took care of everything and did a great job putting my fears at ease. She also met with my tenants at the time (who were moving out) and worked closely with them to arrange showings, stage the furniture and put their concerns at ease. The feedback I received from my tenants was, and I quote, «she is so professional… where did you find her? She is awesome!». My response was simply «she was recommended by a friend and yes, she is awesome». It’s that simple!!!
Alyson’s initial pricing analysis was «spot on». She knows and understands the local real estate areas as good or better than her competition, and she is up-​to-​date on the immediate market fluctuations and supply /​demand. She was always in communication with me updating me on progress, potential issues and feedback. As we all know communication is key during any transaction, and Alyson excels at communicating and developing a plan of action.
Real estate transactions can be very stressful, whether buying or selling. I’ve bought and sold several homes to date spanning across the country. In doing so I’ve dealt with a number of real estate agents in my life time and I can honestly say that Alyson was by far the best I’ve dealt with, hands down without a doubt! She treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect. She treated my tenants with the utmost professionalism and respect. She’s an incredibly hard worker, is an outstanding communicator, and has a marketing strategy that is simply above the rest.

I called Alyson Silverman regarding a town home. She couldn’t enunciate and behaved as if I was bothering her by asking about a unit that is HER responsibility. The home wasn’t a fit for me, but she was extremely rude and completely blew me off. A note to Alyson, I will not be purchasing a home from you EVER or your agency. I’ve NEVER been treated like that by a Realtor. If I could give her less than one star, I would.
