He helped us find our very first home and we are extremely content with the services he provided. Armen is a highly professional Realtor with great communication skills. I had an opportunity to work with Armen on the property in Thousand Oaks. Armen was assisting me patiently for more than eight month until he found the desirable house I was looking for. Armen’s experience in the real state industry was extremely advantageous. In order for us to qualify for the loan he leveraged his connections and referred me to several loan officers for the loan processing. During that processing time, Armen would stay on top of the process and would keep me posted with updates via email, as well would collaborating with me over the phone. In 2009 I asked Armen to assist my family in finding a house in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. The price of homes had dropped and the interest rates were low. However, even though there was a good inventory of homes available for sale, many investors were buying the homes in my price range as quickly as they became available. Armen quickly went to work for us and on weekly basis arranged for potential home viewings. We were impressed by his ability to quickly understand our needs and focus his efforts on showing us properties that had a high chance of being liked by us. As a result we were able to write several offers within a couple of months. Unfortunately, because it was a buyers market all properties had multiple offers and it was very difficult to win a bid. Armen however didn’t give up even though we almost did. With his help we found a short sale property that was the best we had seen up until that point and had to move very quickly to make an offer that got accepted which was pleasantly within our budget. Since the short sale process can be very tedious and drawn out it took over 7 months to complete the sale and close the escrow. During this process Armen gave us prompt weekly updates, contacted the seller and their banks to move the process forward, and stayed on top of all the details every step of the way. He gave us great advice on how to approach lenders and what documents to have ready ahead of time so that we were ready to close the deal as the short sale process advanced. After the seller’s banks gave the approval we were able to close the escrow in 10 days and move to our new home immediately. Armen certainly masters his business and is an expert in his field. We have been referring him to everyone we know for their real-​estate needs and questions. Thank you Armen.
